Prayer Shawl Ministry at Munn's

The Prayer Shawl Ministry is a way for you to reach out with love and care to others who are hurting or who may need a special blessing.

Prayer shawls are knitted or crocheted shawls made by loving hands and given to people as reminders of God's healing, caring and loving presence. Crafters pray for the future recipient before, during, and after they work on the shawl. The shawl is made in soft yarn so the recipient can wrap up in it and feel God's arms around him, her or they.

Shawls can be used for; persons undergoing medical procedures, as a comfort after a loss, in times of stress, or to celebrate a graduation, birthday, anniversary, or ordination. The possibilities are endless!
