RENTAL POLICY
PARKING
Spaces are available at this time!
Time: from 7:00 p.m. - 8:00 a.m. only
7 days per week at a rate of $100.00 per month.
The first and last month's rent is payable upon receipt of an agreement.
Either party may cancel the agreement at each month's end, on 3-days notice.
UPPER HALL
An Upper Hall with space for 120 people is equipped with chairs and rectangular tables for that number. There is a fully equipped kitchen off the hall and washrooms on the same floor. The hall is wheelchair accessible and can be rented with or without kitchen access.
PIONEER ROOM
The Pioneer Room (under the sanctuary) is suitable for groups of 30 or less. There are no washrooms or kitchen facilities on the same floor and it is not wheelchair accessible.
SANCTUARY
The sanctuary seats 125 people. Wheelchair access is not possible, however, for those who are able to transfer, a stair-lift is available.
